Project Manager

Service Complete Electric is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex electrical projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction or electrical, and a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years as a Project Manager in commercial construction or electrical
• 10+ years in the construction or commercial electrical industry
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Proven ability to manage Schedules of Values, billing projections, and cost controls
• Accubid Pro and/or Accubid Change Order proficiency
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead meetings, delegate tasks, and drive accountability
• Skilled at coordinating across field teams, vendors, GCs, and internal stakeholders
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
