Field Site Foreman

The Field Site Foreman plays a critical role in the successful execution of electrical projects. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the Foreman is responsible for managing specific areas, phases, or systems within a project.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an electrician or similar role in the commercial electrical industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, NEC, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 10 Certification (minimum)
• OSHA 30 Certification required after 6 months
• Proficiency in construction management tools and software for documentation and reporting
