Job Description
Serioplast is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Technician to execute preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities, ensuring production continuity and adhering to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Strong applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with plastic molding technologies (e.g., EBM, SBM, or IM) is a plus
- Understanding of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards and preventative maintenance best practices
- Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment rules and practices
- Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts
- Proficiency in reading schematics, using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters), and performing precision maintenance tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to equipment care
