Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including senior leadership roles
- Proven experience leading engineering teams through growth and organizational scaling
- Strong track record as a people manager and organizational builder
- Experience operating as a strategic technology leader within startup or high-growth environments
- Clear point of view on how AI will transform software and content creation workflows
- Experience introducing modern tooling, processes, or platform shifts that materially improved team effectiveness
- Strong communication skills and ability to align technical and non-technical audiences
