Patient Intake Coordinator will guide new patients through the intake process, gather important information, and ensure they feel informed and supported from their first interaction with our team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with patients
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable documenting information accurately
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
