Patient Care Coach

We're looking for a Patient Care Coach to join our team at Serenity Healthcare. No healthcare background is required, and we'll provide full training. You'll work 1 on 1 with patients, use advanced technology, and help them feel supported and hopeful. You'll need 2+ years of full-time experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time work experience
• Interpersonal skills – naturally positive, patient, and people-focused
• Ability to communicate clearly in person and in writing
• Ability to maintain a calm, composed presence, even in fast-paced or busy environments
• Desire to learn and be open to feedback
