Patient Care Coach

As a Patient Care Coach, you'll work 1 on 1 with patients, deliver therapy, and help them feel supported and hopeful.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time work experience
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in person and in writing
• Ability to maintain a calm, composed presence
• Desire to learn and be open to feedback
