Job Description
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support to potential patients. The role focuses on empathy, communication, and helping patients through the initial stages of getting connected with healthcare. This is a compassionate, people-first position that doesn’t require a clinical background, offering comprehensive training and growth potential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of great customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Tech-comfortable (MS Office knowledge is a plus)
- Bilingual in Spanish (bonus for $1.00/hr)
