Director of Reimbursement, Payer & Patient Services

The Director of Reimbursement, Payer & Patient Services is responsible for leading commercial and government payer, reimbursement, and patient access activities across SERB's specialty, rare disease, and oncology portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience
• Significant focus on specialty, rare disease, and/or oncology products
• Demonstrated experience leading payer strategy, reimbursement execution, and provider support
• Proven success supporting new product launches
