Requirements
- Proven experience in the optical industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong empathy and relationship-building skills
- Skills in assessing training effectiveness and measuring outcomes
- Strong organizational abilities
- Experience in creating training programs and materials
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English is a plus
