Job Description
Join our innovative personal injury law firm in Los Angeles, California, as the Director of Legal Operations. This role involves overseeing workflow, department management, process development, compliance, human resources, strategic growth, and financial management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legal Operations Manager, Director of Legal Operations or similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal operations, technology and process improvement, preferably in the personal injury space
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
- Experience with legal technology and software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies or related field
- Experience with working with Case Peer as CRM or other industry wide case management software
