Requirements

• Develop roadmaps and make the teams understand key goals and priorities
• Hire the best talents and develop them to build a strong team
• Partner with the Engineering Leadership and other senior team members
• Develop, implement, and communicate engineering plans and projects status throughout all levels of the company
• Foster a spirit of teamwork that allows for constructive ideas, the appreciation of diversity, as well as supportiveness, and working effectively together
• Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contributions and includes goal setting, feedback, and career development planning
• Execute and deliver on the relevant roadmaps, enabling your team leads to unblock their teams and create a focus on partnering with customers and stakeholders
• Partner with Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturer
• Set documentation standards with an eye on scalability for building a high-quality software development environment
