We're seeking a sales and marketing go-getter to join our team at SEO Sherpa in the high-impact role of Lead Nurture Specialist. In this role, your main responsibility will be to receive, engage, nurture, and convert marketing-qualified leads into booked appointments for our SEO consultants.
Requirements
- Proactively reach out to inbound leads via WhatsApp chat, phone and email to schedule appointments in a fun, friendly, yet authoritative manner.
- Pre-screen good fit vs bad fit prospects through a question-based pre-qualification script - as well as answer essential service based questions.
- Maximize appointment attendance rate by confirming bookings ahead of time.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline via our internal CRM.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and internal team members to deliver sales-related material to pipeline prospects.
