Project Manager - General Construction

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Watertown team and lead commercial and industrial projects with integrity, energy, and results.

Requirements

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final close-out
• Lead Superintendents and field crews with a focus on collaboration, safety, and quality
• Coordinate with in-house self-perform divisions including Structural Steel, Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting for leadership
• Build trust with clients, architects, and engineers through clear communication and problem-solving
