Senior Software Engineer (Java) position at SentinelOne. The team is responsible for SentinelOne's highly scalable columnar database which ingests Petabytes of data & hundreds of billions of events per day. The ideal candidate is a seasoned colleague with a solid computer science/software engineering background, strong proficiency in Java, and experience in designing and operating distributed systems.

Requirements

• Solid computer science/software engineering/similar background with multiple years of practical engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in designing and operating distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java (multiple years of handson experience).
• Ability to lead features/epics, inspire others as a Software engineer, and lead technically.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, writing modern Java, and preferring composition to inheritance.
