Deal Desk Analyst

SentiLink is hiring a Deal Desk Analyst to manage the end-to-end deal desk workflow, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance. This is a process-focused operator role that will lay the foundation for how deals are processed globally.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in a process-driven operational role
• Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors in pricing, bundles, or contract terms
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to document processes, SOPs, and templates
• Familiarity with Salesforce, contract lifecycle management tools, or equivalent workflow systems
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to view AEs and stakeholders as internal customers
