Job Description
Sentient is seeking a Director of Talent & Culture to be the architect of talent acquisition and culture building. This hands-on role involves designing and owning the hiring engine, culture processes, and performance infrastructure. The ideal candidate will drive quality and cultural integrity at every stage.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience across recruiting, talent operations, or people leadership
- Proven success hiring for hard-to-fill technical and leadership roles
- Strong operational ability with experience implementing systems for performance, leveling, and development
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and influence
- Systems thinking and alignment with Sentient’s mission
- Deep system understanding
- Remote-first/distributed team experience
