Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, customer service, sales support, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to spot discrepancies easily
- Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
- Ability to interpret pricing sheets, service packages, and contract language
- Proficient with CRM and billing systems (Salesforce, RealGreen, Pestpac or similar preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-departmentally
- Comfortable handling a high volume of verification calls
