Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

sennder is Europe's Leading Digital Freight Forwarder seeking a Senior ML Engineer to develop and optimize intelligent pricing systems. The role is located in our Berlin and Barcelona offices.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade pricing algorithms
• Build and optimize machine learning models for supply/demand forecasting price elasticity estimation, and customer lifetime value prediction
• Develop online learning systems such as multi-armed bandits to dynamically optimize pricing strategies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and other engineering teams to translate commercial strategies into scalable solutions
• Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure pricing models perform as expected and identify opportunities for optimization
• Develop attribution models to measure the revenue impact of pricing decisions and algorithm improvements
• Stay current with pricing research, economic modelling techniques, and advanced ML methodologies relevant to pricing optimization
