Activities Assistance

Assists with resident focused activities addressing spiritual, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs.

Requirements

• Assist set up and tear down of group activities
• Assist conducting activities
• Encourage resident’s participation in group activities
• Visit regularly with clients who tend to be alone/not participate
• Assist clients to and from activities and to dining room for meals
• Provide respect, privacy, and dignity to all residents and does not enter apartments inappropriately
• Is able to work independently as well as a team member with a positive attitude
