Job Description
SEnergy is seeking a Construction Observer to monitor construction projects, interact with contractors and owners, and perform inspections. This is a on-site position based in Greenville, TX, requiring daily presence and working on at least two-year projects. The role involves reviewing schedules, handling communications, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in construction
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Dependable mode of transportation
- Travel as necessary
