Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Analog Design Engineer to join our Sensing Product Group in San Diego. The role involves designing, simulating, and validating analog functions, leading sub-teams, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in analog CMOS integrated circuit design and a strong understanding of analog mixed-signal concepts.
Requirements
- System design, from top-level specification analysis to system optimization.
- Analog block design, from specification definition to support to production.
- Design & optimization, verification, technical documentation, layout supervision.
- Silicon lab evaluation, characterization and debug.
- Block or system modelling.
- Lead engineer sub-teams, mentor more junior engineers.
- Technology roadmap development with cross functional teams.
- Technical support to test, product and application engineers.
- Interface with digital, firmware, verification, layout and cross functional team.
