Job Description
The Scheduling Coordinator will answer incoming calls in the clinic, coordinating patient appointments, sending reminders, managing patient records, and ensuring data accuracy. They will prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively, both orally and written.
- Self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in the healthcare field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Internet software, electronic medical records, and practice management software
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
