Job Description
As a Business Product Owner, you will be the strategic control center between Business Experts from the industry, development partner, and management team, ensuring that we solve the right problems and convert development budget into maximum customer benefit.
Requirements
- Own the product backlog and consistently prioritize based on business value, effort, and strategic relevance
- Translate professional requirements from Business Expert circle into precise, acceptable User Stories
- Collaborate with Technical PO to create well-formulated requirements and accept completed features based on defined acceptance criteria
- Maintain the roadmap and proactively communicate progress, scope changes, and risks
- Lead the operational collaboration with SnapNext as the development partner and moderate regular meetings with the Business Expert group
- Conduct functional acceptance and organize beta tests with real pharmacy users
- Recognize quality problems early on and address them before they become a sprint killer
