Requirements

• Ensuring Selectra customers via phone in various contract management of energy/telecommunications contracts;
• Comparing tariffs in the energy/telecommunications markets, offering customers the best proposals;
• Supporting customers and users in the realization of a new contract for energy/telecommunications services.
