As a patient service specialist, you'll manage both the patient side and business side of our outpatient physical therapy center, providing an exceptional experience for patients from the front desk. You'll greet and register patients, schedule appointments, communicate with parties, collect co-pays, and manage insurance authorizations and verifications.
