Job Description
As a patient service specialist, you'll manage both the patient side and business side of our outpatient physical therapy center, providing an exceptional experience for patients from the moment they enter the center. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, and communicating with insurance companies and other parties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Insurance Verification Experience
- 1 Year of Front Desk Experience
- Bilingual (optional)
