Job Description
Lactalis is seeking an Energy Projects Manager to contribute to the company's decarbonization efforts and energy efficiency across multiple plants. The role involves optimizing energy consumptions, ensuring compliance with best practices, and providing expertise to plant operations. Requirements
- Carry out energy assessments and/or audits
- Study and analyze existing processes and installations
- Build quantified action plans for improving energy performance
- Provide expertise and advice at the request of industrial sites or central services
- Train site/BU referents on Best Practices
- Follow implementation of Best Practices on sites
- Define and follow Energy Performance KPI’s at plant level and corporate level
- Support the Group's decarbonization plan (scope 1+2)
- Follow main CAPEX and energy saving plans
