Job Description
Sei Labs is seeking a Corporate / Commercial Counsel to help build operational and commercial backbone of a rapidly growing ecosystem in Web3. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements, supporting entity governance, and coordinating with product and engineering teams. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented and business-minded attorney eager to develop a broader skill set.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 3–5 years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house
- Background in corporate or commercial transactions (SaaS, fintech, Web3 preferred)
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable balancing structure with startup agility
- Passionate about technology, finance, and decentralized systems
