Eligibility Specialist

Seen Health is revolutionizing senior care through the PACE model, and we're seeking an Eligibility Specialist to conduct eligibility screenings, assess patient financial requirements, and enroll participants in Medi-Cal. The role involves working with a diverse population, conducting field visits, and utilizing technology to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a customer-facing administrative role
• Minimum one (1) year experience working with the frail or elderly in a volunteer or professional capacity
• Experience working with a diverse population of colleagues and participants
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate in a professional and warm manner and provide clear and accurate verbal and written communications
