Provide product support for Business Integration Suite, resolve support cases, and improve operation of SEEBURGER solutions. Collaborate with customers and support team with software updates and projects.
Requirements
- Good IT basic knowledge (network, operating system, ERP user knowledge)
- Solid education (IHK degree in computer science, study of business informatics, or comparable qualifications)
- Knowledge in IT administration, system, or application support
- Familiarity with EDI/B2B, MFT, EAI, and API environment
- Good knowledge of German and English in writing and speech
