PT PRN Certified Medication Aide - All Shifts

We are seeking a Certified Medication Aide to administer medications and provide physical and psychosocial care to residents in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to compassionate care and a positive attitude towards creating exceptional living experiences.

Requirements

• Administers or assists with the administration and/or supervision of medications
• Provides physical and psychosocial care to residents
• Maintains security of medication cart and narcotic keys
• Documents medications administered on the MAR
• Conducts change of shift report with oncoming/outgoing shift personnel
