Staff SDET - AI

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff SDET with a strong background in automation testing using Python and hands-on experience in AI-focused projects. The ideal candidate will also possess exposure to Big Data environments and domain expertise in cybersecurity.

Requirements

• AI Models Validations
• Develop test harnesses for AI agents and LLM-integrated systems for Data Science projects
• Build, maintain, and expand frameworks to validate AI/ML models and workflows, including test data generation and result verification.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI teams to drive automated validation for large datasets and AI-powered platforms.
• Optimize test coverage and DevOps integrations with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
• Mentor junior SDETs, review test automation code, and promote best practices across teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive quality measures.
