We are looking for a MT1/Groundskeeper to maintain the common areas of the apartment community and ensure they are clean and orderly. The ideal candidate will have at least two months of experience in a similar position, a polite and professional approach, and excellent customer service skills.

• At least two months of experience as a MT1/Groundskeeper or a similar position
• High school diploma or equivalent desired, but not required
• Polite and professional approach, and WOW customer service skills
