The Finance & Information Management Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate financial tracking, dashboards, and document organization to support operational decision-making and business performance.
Requirements
- Track and maintain financial data, including budgets, forecasts, cost allocations, and expenditures
- Support invoicing, billing reviews, and financial reconciliations in coordination with finance teams
- Assist with financial reporting for internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Maintain and organize operational and financial dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Organize, maintain, and govern financial, operational, and compliance documentation
- Support audits, reviews, and compliance requests by providing organized documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, documentation workflows, and data accuracy
- Support cross-functional teams by providing timely and reliable information
- Assist with standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to finance and information management
