We are recruiting a Team Lead/Officer in Charge at our Longueuil site. The successful candidate will have experience in security, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to lead a team and manage unexpected situations.

Requirements

• Valid security agent permit (BSP)
• Current first aid certification (RCR)
• Certification as a First Responder
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Class 4A (emergency vehicle driving)
• Be a Canadian citizen
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Proactive, punctual, and professional
• Ease with computer tools and surveillance systems
• Minimum experience: 3 years (personnel management and emergency response)
