Bilingual Human Resources Assistant

The Bilingual Human Resources Assistant will support end-to-end recruitment of Security Guards, collaborate with staffing agencies, and assist with onboarding processes. The role will also provide administrative support to the HR Manager and Area team on special projects and reports.

Requirements

• Support end-to-end recruitment of Security Guards
• Collaborate with staffing agencies and other recruitment sources
• Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events
• Assist with onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment activities and onboarding status
• Perform reception duties when required
