They are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to build customer relationships, improve product satisfaction, and contribute to the team's mission of providing secure compliance solutions. The role involves providing technical expertise, coordinating with internal teams, and offering feedback to improve products and workflows.
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with support and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, SFDC, etc.)
- Resourcefulness and self-starter mentality
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving skills
- Technical documentation skills
- Ability to work Pacific Time
- AWS experience (desired)
