Join our team as an Associate Member Services Representative and provide exemplary member service by responding to member inquiries by telephone and in person. Perform routine branch duties and follow standard branch procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem-solving skills
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect, and trust in the Credit Union
