Service Sales Manager

We're looking for a Service Sales Manager to join a globally recognized manufacturer in the DC switchgear, power conversion systems, and traction power solutions for the rail industry. This role involves developing the Service Business in the USA, collaborating with internal teams, and building lasting partnerships with operators, OEMs, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Engage directly with end-users and clients to deliver tailored solutions and presentations
• Prepare estimates, quotations, and service solutions
• Develop a strategic business plan to build a robust pipeline and achieve annual service sales goals
• Model financial business cases to ensure profitability and competitiveness
• Lead responses for RFPs/RFIs and stay informed on market trends
• Attend exhibitions, trade associations, conferences, and client events to represent the company and educate stakeholders on Service solutions
• Oversee and ensure the proper and timely execution of on-site services, retrofits, as well as the spare parts and products delivery
