Job Description
This role is for a Service Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing laundry appliances in apartment buildings. The ideal candidate is reliable, independent, and possesses mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities include service laundry rooms, vehicle travel, and providing customer service.
Requirements
- Proven field service experience (Appliance, Laundry or HVAC)
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Familiarity with IPhone and mobile applications
- Electric troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively via email
- Strong customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
