Engineering Manager, Marketplace Discovery

SeatGeek is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Discovery team and drive the development of features that enhance the user experience and drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years as an engineer in a role that was mostly about writing code
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager of productive, motivated teams
• Foundation of technical excellence and engineering culture
• Knowledge of the technology industry and how to lead by setting context and facilitating collaboration
• Experience using data to identify opportunities, set priorities and make decisions
• Experience with SEO and knowledge of common SEO factors and strategies
• Experience with search engine marketing (SEM)
• Experience with various web analytics measurement methodologies and measurement platforms
