Job Description
Seaspan is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to secure future naval opportunities at Victoria Shipyards. This role will focus on program management within the capture strategy, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and internal solution development. The Program Manager will serve as a core member of the capture team and provide leadership in planning, execution, and risk management.
Requirements
- Partner with the Capture Manager to develop capture strategies.
- Lead internal program reviews to ensure readiness for execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate programmatic risks.
- Support proposals with management approaches, execution strategy, and risk management.
- Lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Provide excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
