The Material Handler position is responsible for management of inventory, supporting utility workers to help deliver raw materials to the bag lines at the best efficiency possible, and loading and unloading shipments.
Requirements
- Follow all Key Operating Procedures
- Must be proficient in inventory management and accuracy
- Supply all raw materials to the prep and staging area for the Utility workers
- Assist operators and QA to assure that quality standards are upheld
- Work as a valuable team member throughout the production room
- Help inspector/packers and bag machine operators as needed
- Communicate in a positive and respectful manner to resolve all issues
- Complete all documentation accurately
- Assist in the training of other personnel in the material handling department
