Job Description
This full-time receptionist position at the Seaboard Marine Port of Miami, Miami, Florida, involves receiving and routing incoming phone calls, managing access control, and supporting HR. Requirements
- One (1) year of experience as a Receptionist, or handling a high volume of calls.
- Experience performing clerical/administrative duties.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
- Willingness to obtain a TWIC card within 30 days of employment.
