Job Description
Seaboard Marine is seeking a Dispatcher - Containers/Trucks to coordinate the utilization of drivers, trucks and containers to maximize productivity and ensure efficient customer service. This full-time position involves coordinating with Driver Compliance to handle qualified drivers, managing schedules, and ensuring safe operation of vehicles. The role involves overseeing shipments, providing customer support, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of recent hands-on dispatching experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Intermediate to Advanced verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to process alpha/numeric information.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
