Brigadier kraantechniekers (m/v/x) BNFW

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented BRIGADIER KRAANTECHNIEKERS (m/v/x) to strengthen the technical team of BNFW (Belgian New Fruit Wharf) in ANTWERPEN. As a brigadier, you will lead a team of crane technicians, organize the work, divide tasks efficiently, and ensure that everything runs safely, qualitatively, and according to plan.

Requirements

• At least an A2 or higher in a technical direction or equivalent experience in an industrial or port environment
• Extensive technical knowledge in the fields of mechanics, electromechanics, maintenance techniques, etc.
• Born leader who can delegate, motivate, and coach
• Ability to organize work efficiently and prioritize tasks
• Safety-conscious and stress-resistant
• Knowledge of Gottwald cranes is an asset
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
• No fear of heights
• Driving license B
