Requirements
- Post-graduate degree in Education, Social Sciences, Project Management, Psychology or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating professional training and employment projects, especially in the agriculture sectors
- Knowledge of national TVET policies and the reform of vocational education
- 3 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research and participatory methodologies
- Mastery of the Project Cycle methodology and main management tools
- Proven experience in projects financed by donors and international organizations
- Proven ability to lead, plan and manage teams
- Institutional communication and report making capabilities
- Social sensitivity and empathy to act in multicultural and challenging contexts
- Knowledge of social inclusion and youth entrepreneurship policies
