Job Description
The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for directing both the strategic vision and hands-on execution of ServiceNow platform consulting and implementation efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing ServiceNow instance, including multi-client or large-scale environments.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architect experience.
- Expert-level experience with CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, and ITSM/ITAM processes.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (such as Business Rules, UI Pages, and UI Macros).
- Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred; one or more of the following are also strongly valued—Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in two or more tracks, and ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
