ScrubaDub, a fast-paced auto-wash company, is seeking a Site Manager to run a new location in Medford, MA. The role involves managing operations, customer service, staff, and store maintenance. Site Managers will be responsible for ensuring a Clean, Fast, and Fun environment for both team members and customers.

Requirements

• Manage budget, schedule, and reports for location operation.
• Train and coach team members in SCRUBA Dub's carwash services.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility.
• Ensure adequate inventory and cash management.
• Complete bank deposits and office paperwork.
• Work independently and have strong communication skills.
